Debbie has been selling in the Louisville area and surrounding counties of Oldham, Shelby, Bullitt and Spencer counties in Kentucky for over 15 years. This is a great place to live and work, which is why Debbie's family chose to call it home back in 1970 when Debbie was a young girl. Debbie has a passion for helping Seniors and their families when it comes time to downsize or move a loved one out of their family home. Debbie is the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) on the Monarch Group team. Debbie works hand in hand with families, Elder Care Attorneys and senior clients in making the move a smooth transition for all parties. Debbie is a member of a local senior professional network " Helping Seniors Professional Network" (HSPN) which has hundreds of resources that she is able to share with families and senior clients. Debbie, also, services on several Senior Facilities "Advisory Boards". Locally Debbie is also an active member of The Fillies, Inc which is the fundraising arm of The Kentucky Derby Festival which sponsors a wide variety of community events during the Derby season in Louisville.

A passionate "bargain hunter" at heart, you might find Debbie browsing around local thrift and resale stores when she isn't in the office or volunteering. You might also catch Debbie "Gigi" out at a local sports field watching her grandkids. Debbie also likes to spend time with her family and friends.
